Wellbeing Prescription

Wellbeing Prescription is a free social prescribing service that can help you improve your health and wellbeing (adults 18+years). During up to 6 1-2-1 sessions your Wellbeing Advisor will provide expert advice and support while directing you to local and national services that will help you to achieve your goals. Your Wellbeing Advisor can support you with many different health and wellbeing issues, including support to reduce your alcohol intake. Wellbeing Prescription is not a specialist alcohol dependency service and will where appropriate refer on to alternate services. To book an appointment give us a ring or visit our website.
